Absolute worse place I have ever ordered from. I should'v read the reviews before I paid with my card. The comments are accurate. Trashy customer service rude employees I'm surprised they are even open. Not to mention I ordered chicken wings and fries at 9:30 it is 10:45 and they still aren't here. First time in Jacksonville and it may be the last

My ribs were cold I might as well say because they were not hot. They were old and extremely hard to chew, and the sauce was excessive and not all that great. I am very dissatisfied with my order that I had to wait a hour and a half to be delivered. Customer service is great, food needs work.
