  Their chicken all tastes the same. I bought bourbon chicken and mango chicken and it's the same almost exactly. Also their staff suck. Took an hour to get here and when he got here he said ugh no tip, when I tipped him plenty online. Rude and crude. Only reason I gave them two stars is because they deliver. If it weren't for my overpowering laziness I wouldn't order their garbage.

  Honestly, I don't understand most of these negative reviews. My food took over an hour to get here, but it was hot, and it tasted like normal Chinese food as expected. Best delivery Chinese I've found in Jacksonville yet. But their customer service isn't that great because none of them speak good English...

  I usually don't do reviews but I really feel the need today. Robbie and I ordered food last night from Empire's Authentic Chinese Restaurant on Brynn Mar Rd last night at 9:30. After waiting 45 minutes, we called to see where our food was and was told that the driver was on his way. The store closed at 10:30 and we still hadn't got our food. We tried calling multiple times just incase but no answer. At 11 o'clock at night, they FINALLY came with our food. We tried eating it and after taking a couple bites, we had to throw it all away. It was COLD and DISGUSTING. I went back in the store today to ask for a refund and explained what had happened and I got called a liar and got kicked out of the store. Worst customer service ever. Please do not waste your time or your money! Also, I read the reviews for this place afterwards (like a dummy) and all of them are terrible and had the same experience as me. Not to mention a lot of the reviews said they ended up getting food poisoning! Just a warning!!
