  This was my first visit to Smithfield . My partner and i ordered the Shrimp and Bbq. I was a luttle taken back at the size of the shrimp abd the pulled pork which had no sauce on it. They were both delicious. I was expecting a tomato barbq sauce. Maybe i need to be educated in North Carolibe cusine.

  The best BBQ pulled pork sandwich, I'm addicted, but it's different. Most of the time the fries are good. The sweet tea is tied for first place in town with Popeye's. The hush puppies are great if you like the slightly sweeter taste. The chicken is seasoned lightly and fried to perfection. I wish they didn't make their potato salad so sweet though. Decent banana pudding.
